What is Craniosacral?

Craniosacral is a form of hands-on bodywork that works with your energy, fascia, nervous system, and brain.

Craniosacral is waves and water. This is a gentle technique done with the “weight of a nickel.” These subtle movements have shown results with healing head trauma and concussions, de-stressing and resetting the nervous system, as well as releasing and stimulating healing in the body. We often work in tandem with Chiropractors, Dentists, and other Physicians. The ways in which Craniosacral can transform your life is often surprising and unexpected.

What is Polarity?

Activating the currents of life force that flow naturally through your body, a Polarity Practitioner releases and balances your electro-magnetic field, freeing the body to heal itself. Due to everything Polarity Therapy can affect in a seemingly magical way, this modality often feels like the next frontier of healing.

Energy Sessions

What is an Energy Session? This modality defies all descriptions. It opens up space energetically so you can heal. It helps interrupt long held patterns so situations resolve more easily of their own accord. Gentle and unbelievably simple - it works like nothing I’ve ever seen. Equally effective with health challenges, pain and issues in your life. This is a great complementary tool to use with any other modalities.

Reiki

What is Reiki? Reiki is energetic hands on and distance healing, developed in Japan over one hundred years ago. It is very subtle, yet very effective. It can be applied to a variety of issues from mental and emotional distress to physical injuries. Reiki uses the Universal Life Force (also called “Qi” or “Prana”). Reiki is self directed to the places the body needs help in healing. Reiki brings the body, mind and spirit back into balance.

How can it help me?

The core of my Reiki session is the chakra system. Chakras are my portals to the physical and energetic body. I assess, clear, balance and energize all chakras (it’s like an energetic “tune-up”). From there, you can customize your treatment.

A Reiki Session can help with:

  • Headaches, migraines

  • Sinus congestion, allergies, colds, flu

  • Digestive issues

  • Stress, nervousness, irritability

  • Anxiety, depression, sadness, grieving

  • Addictions

Akashic Records

What are the Akashic Records?  The Akashic Records are a dimension of consciousness that contains a vibrational record of every soul and its journeys as well as all its future possibilities.

What can the Records do for me? When your life feels like a dumpster fire, the Records are a great place to be. As a trained Reader I will be able to access the Records, and communicate with your spiritual team on your behalf. We all experience times in our lives where we are confused, uncertain or stuck.  Forks in the road are another good reason to access the Records.
