Cranial/Polarity Bodywork
I do a blend of Craniosacral, Polarity, and Reiki. Once you arrive, take a seat, kick off your shoes, and we will talk about what brought you in that day. I’ll tune in to what your body and field are telling me, and from there I’ll custom design a session that works just for you.

Energy Sessions
Designed to open up space around you, this is a great “helper” or complementary modality. Works great with recovery from surgery or fresh injuries (sprains, strains, breaks, etc). For Physical Therapy, we work together to free up your range of motion, get you through your tough spots, and facilitate healing faster and at deeper levels.

Reiki
We will connect via phone so I can be present with you, ask what you would like addressed that day, and walk you through the process. You just relax and receive.
You can also receive with a “time delay”. So just name your time - while you sleep, for example, and I can send you the Reiki session.

Akashic Readings
I will access your Akashic Records with you over the phone or on Zoom so that you can communicate with your team. (View it as a coffee chat with your “Spiritual Board of Directors” to help you make your own decisions in a more optimal way.)
